Race Pace AI – Terms of Use

Welcome to Race Pace AI (the “App”), operated by Race Pace AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.



  1. Use of the App
    Race Pace AI provides tools for estimating race times, calculating pacing strategies, and analyzing performance. It is intended for personal use only. You agree to use the App in a lawful and responsible manner.



  1. Health Disclaimer
    Race Pace AI does not provide medical advice or training prescriptions. The pacing tools and predictions are for informational purposes only. Consult a physician or certified coach before starting any fitness program. You assume full responsibility for how you use the App. We are not liable for any injuries or outcomes resulting from reliance on the App.



  1. Predictive Algorithms Disclaimer
    Race Pace AI includes algorithms that estimate projected race times and pacing based on input data. These predictions are estimates only, and actual race outcomes will vary based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to: athlete condition, environment, pacing decisions, and unforeseen circumstances. The algorithms are not intended to guarantee results and should not be solely relied upon for race planning. We may update or refine these algorithms in future releases, and predictions may change accordingly.



  1. Intellectual Property
    All content in the App, including design, code, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Race Pace AI LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission.



  1. User Feedback
    If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and implement them without obligation or compensation.



  1. Trial Period & One-Time Unlock Fee
    Race Pace AI may offer a limited free trial based on time (e.g., number of days) or usage (e.g., number of times a tool is used). After the trial ends, continued access to the full functionality of the App requires a one-time purchase to unlock all features permanently.

    The purchase to unlock the App is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All sales are final, and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.


  2. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.



  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any damages related to your use of the App, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.



  1. Modifications to Terms
    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We’ll notify users of material changes through the App or associated channels.



  1. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
