Race Pace AI - Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how Race Pace AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Race Pace AI mobile application (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.


Information We Collect


When you register or sign in to the App, we may collect the following information:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • User Role (e.g., coach, parent)


This information is used solely to set up and manage your account, personalize your experience, and provide support. We do not sell, share, or use this information for advertising or marketing purposes.


Athlete Profile Data


To enhance your experience, the App allows you to optionally create and store athlete profiles. These may include:

  • Athlete Name

  • Athlete Age

  • Athlete Team

  • Race Logs (e.g., event names, race distances, lap times)


This information is stored securely in the cloud and is associated with your account for easy access across devices.


You may add, edit, or delete any of this data at any time through the App.

We do not access, use, or share athlete profile or race data for any purpose beyond enabling app features that provide value to you (e.g., performance tracking, race prediction).


Usage Data


We may collect anonymized usage data to help improve the App’s functionality and performance. This may include:

  • App feature usage (e.g., race predictor, split calculator)

  • Device type and OS version

  • App version

  • General analytics (e.g., crash reports, time spent in app)


This data is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify individual users.


Third-Party Services


We use tools like Google Play Console, Apple App Store, and Firebase Analytics to analyze usage patterns and improve app stability. These services may collect anonymous technical data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share any personal or athlete data with third-party services.


Payments


All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies for more information.


Children’s Privacy


The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has registered or their information has been submitted, we will delete it immediately.


Data Security


We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no system is entirely immune from potential breaches. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your device secure.


Your Control Over Data


You may delete athlete profiles, race logs, or your account at any time within the App. If you need help removing data, please contact us directly.


Policy Changes


We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the App or associated channels. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
